Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Je Me Régale website and any reservations made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Reservations
Online reservations submitted through our website are requests, not guaranteed bookings, until confirmed by Je Me Régale via SMS or email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances or capacity constraints.
Cancellations
Guests should cancel at least two hours before their reservation time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in declined future bookings. To cancel or reschedule, please use the reservation management page or contact us directly.
Dietary and Allergy Requests
We accommodate dietary requirements on a best-efforts basis. Guests with severe allergies must notify staff on arrival. Je Me Régale cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment, and guests with life-threatening allergies should exercise appropriate caution.
Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Je Me Régale reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, videos, logos, and branding — is the property of Je Me Régale and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Je Me Régale is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on reservation confirmations, except where required by Ghanaian law. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the site but do not warrant that it is error-free.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
